After 1year of use, the excellent eardops. Voice quality and hearning and bluetooth connectivity. Kudos to ptron for introducing such beautiful eardops. No itchy ears now☺️

Worst product. Right earbud didn't get charged and didn't work right from unboxing. I connected to Amazon customer service to return but they informed that it can be replaced by the service center and they cannot help on this. So, contacted pTron customer care, I have followed up the customer care team for replacement and it took them than 10 days to pickup the item from me. Not sure in hiw many days, when will it replaced.Coming to product quality, experience with left earbud, the sound quality is really poor. Truke open earbuds have lot better quality. Now, I can't return pTron open earbuds.Guys, my sincere advise to Amazon customers, do NOT buy the product that says "Replacement by service center within 7 days".Amazon shrug-off the responsibility after selling and service center does not return/refund money though they produce poor quality products.I was misguided by YouTube/Instagram influencers in recommending this worst product. Don't trust them.

Awesome. Volume is little less as compared with ear pods. For me the volume is enough. But if you want more Bass then avoid taking this type of ear pods (open).

The design is good and sturdy.This is not for calling. If you wish to take calls then you should be in quiet environment and speak louder. (Who will do this ?)Also it doesn't connect to multiple devices.

I ordered PTron earbuds from Amazon and received a damaged product. Earbud wasn’t working, was not charged and the packaging looked already opened.When I contacted the service center, their response was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They offered no proper solution or support. Just kept delaying with no clear answer.Very poor experience from both PTron and Amazon. This kind of after-sales service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to anyone.Requesting immediate refund or replacement.
