Game changer for strength
You get a workout on your upper body. My husband has neglect from former torn rotator cuff. This device was used in rehabilitation after he broke his hip. Looks silly but does the job. Adjustable!

Excellent for Rehab
We are most pleased with this exercise/rehab device. It's wonderful and so helpful to those we have with shoulder/are-reach conditions. A bit expensive for the pieces provided, but an excellent idea. I might make some; easy enough to do ~ for half the price.
