Great replacement for original suntour lever.It's a little heavier than the suntour one but works just as well.I only changed due to the original lever bolt access was inline with the cable barrel adjuster and was a pain to tighten with hex key.Well worth the money.

This is a well-made item and when we saw it, we thought, eureka, that will be perfect! We were looking for a device that could be used to operate a carburettor choke on a vintage motor scooter. This little device is slim enough to fit between the handlebar grip and light switch on our scooter’s handlebars (22mm diameter) and has enough movement in the lever to lift the choke plunger on a Dellorto carburettor.Now we no longer have to hold the pull-type choke knob out whilst operating the starter motor button and twisting the throttle all at the same time. This device holds the choke on and as soon as the engine is running, press the red button and the choke is off and away you go! 5 stars for this as it was so simple to re-purpose and has saved us a lot of hassle and at a bargain price too.

The release mechanism of my mountain bike’s front air suspension fork remote failed after ~4-5 years’ of use and I was stuck with manually setting the fork before each trip.This Remote Lever by HOUSON is a simpler design for the same function, and because of the aluminium alloy construction, appears more durable.Although the kit also includes a bare cable, I hope to use my pre-installed cable with sheathing.At the advertised price, this remote lockout lever is definitely worth it since I can resume enjoying my air suspension fork as originally intended.

Über den Winter habe ich für meine Tochter mein altes Focus Whistler umgebaut. Die alte Suntourgabel funktioniert nach einem großen Service wieder einwandfrei, nur der Lockouthebel war nicht mehr zu retten. Ehrlicherweise hatte ich mich erstmal nicht nach Ersatz umgesehen, als es jetzt hier aber die Möglichkeit gab, den Remotehebel von Houson zu testen, musste ich nicht lange überlegen.Und tatsächlich überzeugt er, vor allem im Vergleich zum Suntourmodell, auf ganzer Linie.Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist spürbar besser, die Funktion in Kombination mit der XCM tadellos. Zusätzlich gibt es hier quasi als Upgrade noch die Möglichkeit, den Auslöser zu sperren.Die Ergonomie ist gut bis sehr gut, alle Bedienelemente sind leicht und intuitiv zu erreichen.Im Vergleich zum Original eine deutliche Verbesserung, für den Preis zu mindest für diese vergleichsweise einfache Gabel eine klare Kaufempfehlung!!5/5
