Taste great, cooks soft.
I like this pasta because unlike wheat pasta this one actually cooks well and soft like regular pasta and the flavor is even better.

Surprised how good!
Went into this not having any expectations either way. Was surprised how good these are. A much healthier pasta! It seems to have some good body to it where it feels like it sticks to your ribs pretty good. Will be ordering regularly. The box size is only 8 ounces ...BUT... made a perfect 2 portion serving.I only cooked for 5 minutes. Directions say 6 to 8 depending on taste.

Not bad
Boiled a half package for 7 minutes. The liquid is quite cloudy and i had to keep stirring to prevent overflowing. The texture is a little different (less appetizing) than semolina flour noodles, but it isn’t too bad. Saved the liquid to use it in a soup later.

This pasta is perfect for macaroni and cheese that’s really all I can say is it taste great

Good taste, terrible texture
My husband is gluten free so the Banza products are great for that, plus getting extra protein, but this cavatappi pasta does not hold up well in cooking. It becomes mushy and doesn’t hold its shape. I’ve tried it probably 10 times and it’s always the same. I don’t have this problem with other Banza noodles.

Makes a great mac & cheese
o.k. so if you're watching sugars, like we are in this house...this pasta is a great alternative to regular white pasta!! Get the mac & cheese blend cheese to make the mac & cheese...have a portion as a side dish, along with chicken tenders in no sugar added bbq sauce!! Get some veggies in there as well on the side. Great tasting pasta!! Better than wheat...and if you need to stay gluten free....this is it!!! Love it!!!

Best high protein pasta I have tried!
I love the high protein and fiber content of this pasta. As long as one follows the directions and uses plenty of water to boil and lots of water to rinse, it is absolutely delicious with no detectable bean flavor. I have made a simple Mac and cheese and also used it in soups. I suggest boiling for the minimum time to ensure no soggy pasta. One photo shows the pasta in the pot after being rinsed. I will definitely buy again!
