Tip: Measure CLEARANCE, not the overall size of your deck.Shipping:All 3 packages arrived earlier than expected​.Quality:The “windows” ​(triangular shades on the two sides) seem to be fragile but they hold up to wind and rain just fine. The frame and roof are great considering the price. ​Privacy curtains and nets are great quality.Installation:It took 11 hours, 1 person worked the whole time while 1 assisted half the time. Instruction manual is well put together and easy to follow. Tips: Install roof panels from left to right, not bottom to top. Make sure bolts are tight enough throughout the whole process.Customer Service:You'll have to have patience for daytime inquiries because they're in China but if you're emailing them in the evening - late night, they will respond quickly. They work as a team and it's clear that their top priority is customer satisfaction.Warranty:We appreciate that if customers have any issues or concerns, we simply provide a few photos; they'll take the time to discuss with their engineers & come up with reasonable solutions until you're completely satisfied. Domi takes customer service seriously and stays true to their warranty promise.Room for Improvement:The privacy curtains/netting doesn't stay on the frame​ if there are high winds because the velcro isn't strong enough but we found an easy solution ​(pictures attached). In addition, just like any other outdoor curtains, wind can blow the curtains every which way. Some people use sand bags to hold the curtains down but we used self-drilling screws & curtain rings so curtains can be easily secured or taken off from frame/deck/floor. Note that we are being very detailed in this review, Domi is still a 5-star company in our opinion.Overall:We feel extremely comfortable buying Domi products due to their customer service. This gazebo is a wonderful alternative to building your own structure which may require permitting. Great value - our deck is now a four-season space that the whole family can enjoy. ​Highly recommend!

Shade over the deck..very well designed and engineered.. Everything lined up and every screw fit. No missing parts, “Very” easy to put together. Had a very hard rain after assembled and no leaks. We got what we wanted. Great deal for the money.

We had an inexpensive fabric 10x12 gazebo on our deck for about 14 years. When it was new it had a sturdy blackout lined top that lasted for about 5 seasons. Replacement canopies were nearly non-existent. The ones we found were nice but only lasted 1-2 seasons before being torn to shreds by the elements. Each replacement became more and more costly until the last one cost nearly $200. Time to look at hard top systems that can be left on year round instead of being taken down each fall. I also need shade from the morning and midday sun so my hardwood floors don’t get sun bleached. This product looked like the one. The instructions were detailed but you had to look closely to make sure you were putting components together correctly. Once you knew to look at the fully assembled photos for each section you kind of cracked the code on how to read them correctly. We did put the two center cross beams and the rear beam on backwards but it was easily put right again. I don’t see any way one person can do this on their own. It would be an amazing task attaching the roof panels as one person needs to insert and hold rubber standoffs from the underside while the other person on the ladder pushes the bolt through so the person on the underside can thread the lock nuts on. This operation repeats over 100 times and you have to hold the alen wrench on the bolt while the nuts underneath the roof panels are tightened. Seemingly impossible with one person but a simple task with two. I assembled the corner posts and cross beams prior to assembling in about 3-hours. The assembly on my deck with a friend helping took an additional 7-hours. I think it’s a two day project so you don’t get fatigued and make mistakes or worse….get hurt. Compared to the old gazebo with the tallest part in the center, rain now all drains to the gutter in the front and then off the corners. That’s great so you can exit my sliding glass doors and step to the canopy without getting wet. It also helps keep water away from under the deck and protects the foundation in that area. It rained the very next day and we had no leaks.The three boxes contained all the parts and there were extra fasteners of each type included. Each part is marked for easy identification. I recommend having these parts in the shade when doing final assembly.The parts absorb a ton of heat from the sun and could actually burn your hands if not wearing gloves.I would also recommend using a small battery powered drill with a clutch so you can install many of the fasteners. Get the correct bits. A bit extension will also help in some areas. The kit comes with some tools, and we did need to use theirs in certain areas of final assembly.The roof was a little tricky to assemble and we did need to loosen the fasteners on the roof mounting brackets as they had oval holes to allow for some adjustment which was needed. Some areas of the roof panels did not lay perfectly flat but some adjustments of the squareness of the four corner posts helped a bit. The four corner posts must be square to achieve a good result. Even with some sections of the corrugated metal not laying completely flat, the roof is sound and had no leaks. If you are not cognizant of the amount of supplied sealant you use on the roof, you will run out. We needed every drop from the two supplied tubes.It’s only been up for a day,,,so far we love it and I sat with my wife under it during this morning’s heavy rain. It will be great not to have to put it up and take it down each season. I’ll post again if any problems develop. I do like it and it was a better value than many we looked at online.

This was exactly what we wanted. It’s well made and doesn’t sound loud when it’s raining on the roof. It’s like adding another room to our house for the summer. Edit: rain is no leaking around the screws in the roof. Tighten up the screws and it’s no longer leaking.

Turned out very nice. Very sturdy materials. Would definitely recommend. Great looking addition to home.

We've had this up for a few months now and absolutely love it. The mesh panels and the curtains are all great and the zippers hold up well after constant use. We sit under this every day and night and it has led to us spending much more time outside. We had two very small leaks but that was easy to fix with a dab of silicone sealant. It was easy to put together. One adult and one 12 year old got it done in less than 7 hours. I would have happily spent twice the money on this for the quality that it is!

Easy to assemble if you take your time and follow the directions step by step. Plan on 10 hours and 2 people.Have not had snow yetbut handles rain fine. Pine needles may clog built in gutter system. Looks great. Love brown color.

It arrived in just a couple of days in 5 boxes. It took my son and I two solid days to build it. No missing or broken/bent parts, everything was excellently packed and all parts were labeled. Very sturdy and well made. We absolutely love it. Turned our plain shed into a pool side destination.

Seller communication, 5 star.This unit arrived early, the seller was very communicative with queries. The unit went together quite easily and is solid. My wife and I were able to put it together in less than a day.Why only 4 stars? The instructions are handy but some pieces could have been together in a different order to make the project easier and there are many spare parts which makes one question if they did things correctly. Also, the Velcro for the panels doesn't line up the very best so with a big enough wind, they can come undone. We rectified this with some strategically placed furniture.The unit is sturdy, wonderfully private and looks fantastic on our deck. Again, can't say enough about this seller....so wonderful to deal with.
