Others have the three sections but I have a Foreclosure, which is terrible for your skin long-term.This is the only truly adjustable waist trainer currently on Amazon, and if you are looking to avoid rolling up, being too tight and one spot and too loose in the other, this is your baby.Only downside is that it runs a little bit small and even though I wear size M shirts and bought a size L trainer it does seem a bit small. It might have been made for the Asian market so size up twice.

I have tried many trainers , but this one is comfortable and does the job. I am 5’1 and about 170 pounds I ordered a large it fits great. I’m very happy with this product.

I got exactly what I was looking for. Something I can easily put on and remove. Compression for lower back pain relief. A tight fit on my short torso. My waist and hips are 32 and 35 inches respectively. The medium works perfectly. I imagine it would get hot if I wore it while exercising or moving about. I just got it today and used it while I was mostly sitting in an air conditioned room.

The waist trainer is good quality but it’s a little big. I wanted and needed something smaller to help give me that hourglass figure. I wished the Velcro section was just a bit longer so that I could tighten the trainer more. The trainer is a good thickness. I may have to return and try to find another brand with an xxs size.

I purchased this for work outs. I'm glad I sized up to XL because once I put this on I could feel my intestines shift . LOL. It does a good job snatching you up. I don't even want to eat when I have this on. So there's another benefit...it keeps your cravings down too. Heheehheee

This is the beat waist trainer by far ‘ ive had tons ! It stays in place and is great thick does the job !

Omg I love this trainer, I work at a warehouse and I’m constantly moving and lifting and this trainer does not slip or move in any way. I love how it sucks me in and gives me that hourglass figure. I’ve been working out and dieting while wearing this trainer and I’m loving the results. I’m committed to the trainer, hands down the best I’ve ever own. Will order again if need be. :)

I had to return this. I am 5 foot 10 inches and this is not position well on my body.

It is made of good material, breathable and comfortable to wear. Helps with posture too especially lower back.
