pcbfacile Copper rivets for PCB Through-Hole mechanical plating - Inner diameter 1.0mm/Hole diameter 1.5mm - 250 pcs.

Whilst these are broadly similar to PCB vias, they are not quite what I expected. They may be fine in some circumstances, but I found that the wall thickness was much greater than proper vias. This makes the process of splaying one end much harder. Also, the diameter of the 'pad' on the top is too big to allow these to be used where pins are next to each other, on a standard 0.1" pitch - so they short together. Despite looking like they might be plated brass, they do at least appear to be real copper.
