For decades ago the white pepper I was buying was kind of dusty, weird smelling and lacking in pepper flavor. Paul's is absolutely perfect and I'll never buy another brand. It's peppery, without the harshness of fresh cracked black pepper. This white pepper has a smooth peppery flavor and I use it as much as my cherry black pepper which I also love.

Truly a great spice, first tried it at a Chinese Restaurant.

Good, but beware of inhaling with sinuses as it burns. Love the taste and flavor of vinegar on fish, popcorn, and nuts. Add a little Dill and you have dill pickle flavoring.

Great on popcorn or baked vegetables

Have not used the pepper yet, just received it! I ordered it because it was a lot cheaper than my local stores. No reason to think it will not be good. And it arrived the "next day!"

love the newman's own brand, and that they give everything away to charity. however, this seasoning doesnt taste or dispense as well as the badia salt n vin seasoning.
