OK cleaner
I used this for our pre-winter decking cleaning and found it did a decent job at cleaning but didn't really restore the decking.I applied as directed and left it until the next day and washed it off whilst scrubbing with a stiff brush and it did a decent job of cleaning - if I hadn't scrubbed though I'm not sure the results would have been very good and the result was no more or less than I would have expected of any cleaner. This will last me a long time with the amount of decking I have and so I'm pleased.

Okay decking cleaner
I tried this product on our patio and was pleased with the results. Honestly, there wasn't a massive amount of algae since I cleaned the decking in the spring. It might be a good idea for the seller to offer it next March-April if they would like to receive better reviews. The cleaner is easy to apply. Simply wet the decking, scrub a bit, leave 20 mins and rinse. At the sections where I had algae growth, it removed them successfully. But again, this was a small amount of young growth since May.I am not sure about the restoring and reviving part of the claim and I haven't seen much difference other than the algae disappearing nicely. Cannot tell if this is a 2-in-1 product, eliminating the need for a separate restorer, or it just provides a better look purely as a result of algae removal.I noticed some reviews on this listing where people tried it on wooden decking, it is important to note this product is aimed at composite materials and the same company also offers a different product for wooden decking.Quick feedback, it would be a great idea to put a higher-resolution image of the label for the Amazon listing so that potential buyers can read it.The price of £13.96, at the time of this review, is good value for money.

Does a reasonable job but not perfect
I do wish that manufacturers would make printed usage instructions a little, no a lot, larger! I think I spent more time trying to find a magnifying glass than on using the product. The decking behind our summerhouse never gets any sunlight, so it develops mould easily as it never properly dries unless we have a prolonged dry spell. This appeared on Amazon Vine, so I thought I had nothing to lose. I was, and still am, sceptical about its use as I could not see any reference to pets, and we have two cats. The 'leave it for 5 days' option was not on due to keeping pets off it.I followed the instructions for use and left it for a few hours. After washing off, the results were OK, but nothing to get excited about. Further applications may improve the appearance.

Removes algae/moss but leaves behind traces
I used this on wooden decking, trying to follow the instructions of wetting the decking and then mixing a solution of this up and brushing it onto the decking. Since the brush wasn't getting into the nooks of the decking surface I just went ahead and threw the neat solution down.It does work, the 'green' has gone, but in its wake is a kind of grey surface mess. Basically I'm still going to have to go ahead and jetwash the decking. I think though that for other surfaces like fences and other less travelled parts of my garden this stuff would be good to just spray it down and leave it there.I'm not too sure but I think this might need a bit of a shake before decanting it into another pot (or throwing down neat) as there seemed to be some kind of mixing going on when I was moving the tub around. For what it's worth I think this does do exactly what it's intended to do, but it won't "clean" anything without a proper scrub along with it.

Does an okay job.
We usually have to clean our composite decks a few times over the summer as our gardens has a number of large pine trees overlooking it and with the British summer, we find that the decking quickly gets covered in grime if left unchecked. We have little ones and a lot of wildlife around our garden so I always like to check what the cleaner is made up of. There was a generic cleaner listed as the sole chemical in this so not ideal. It does state that it's a biocide and needs to be used accordingly. I followed the instructions and applied it neat to a small patch to test. The instructions mentioned that there was no need to agitate and this would just work. I found that in reality, agitating the cleaning area with a stiff brush made this more effective. Not the best decking cleaner that I've used, but definitely not the worst. I would advise use with caution given the lack of information about the chemicals used.

Great deal with the amount and keeps the patio clean and clear
First thing, it smells a lot better than many on the market, quite pleasant to use with a not bad after-scent. Mixes well in either a hose spray gun or the foam applicator on my jet washer – foams nicely so you can see where you have sprayed. Left it to soak as indicated (probably longer than I should have) but it lifted the algae and dirt without any issues – so longer soak did not damage the decking I used it on or the patio slabs. Since using it we have had rain and I noticed that the surface of the slabs and wood seems to “bead with water” so not sure if there is some kind of wax or chemical that is residual and gives this effect but it does seem to be keeping things clean. I would estimate that the 5 litre will last me a couple of years based on usage so far so a good deal.
