Easy to use and wide enough to do the job well without much effort

I ordered with some trepidation having read other reviews and know I had heavily compacted clay soil to work against but I have to say, no complaints at all from me. It took some effort to penetrate the soil to full depth and took me several sessions to complete the full lawn, but unlike other reviews I had no problems what-so-ever with clogging. Pellets popped out of the top of each tine cleanly.Dropped one star purely on sturdiness. Having completed my lawn the tines are very slightly, but noticeably, bent. In fairness it's been given a beating and completed the job, but I suspect it'll not survive another year.

I bought this to aerate my 10 m X 10 m lawn. First day it was fine but after 30 minutes use on the second day the welds failed and it fell apart. It’s not fit for purpose and was a complete waste of money. Rubbish

Sturdy but not very good. Gets blocked up immediately.Tips are bent in to create a narrowing and it restricts ability to punch into ground.Doesn’t pull out cores as you go just punches down to compact ground more beneath.Wish I had put my money towards a better designed option.

Absolutely brilliant! Had a major problem with moss but after aerating the lawn it has all gone!

Straight out of the pack they worked fine, but after about 20 uses they started to block up.

I now have artificial grass, I used it and was more than happy with it. My son-in-law now uses it 5*
