My old foil cutter broke and I needed to purchase a new one. This one is much sturdier and easier to use than my old one! Love rabbit’s wine products

Intuitive to use, small, discreet, and so far, has cut a perfect foil circle off every bottle I've used it on. This should be a staple for any wine drinker.

I have a Rabbit Rechargeable Power Wine Opener Set and the Rabbit Foil Opener cutter wheels that came with that set broke. I went online and found this item from the manufacturer...who knew it would be thicker than the original Foil Cutter.The cutter works fine BUT IT WILL NOT FIT IN the set holder because it has a thicker base than the original.

I have the one that came with the Rabbit package and stand, however the foil cutter does not work, so I ordered this one. Perfect works every time on all my bottles of wine.

I have one of these wine bottle foil cutters and it makes removing the foil very easy, by cutting off the top circle of the foil. The bottle looks neat and there is no sharp pieces of foil left around the bottle top. No cut fingers either. I sent this one to my sister whose son was using one of her expensive knives to remove the foil, while she looked on in horror! She is very pleased with it.

I like how easy this tool is to use. If you only have wine a few times a month, it’ll serve you well.But, if you have wine a few times a week (or more), it just doesn’t hold up. I’m assuming it’s because the blades have dulled. Right now more times than not it won’t cut the foil cleanly for removal.I’m trying what is a more expensive tool (and which had a higher blade contact area), and which I’m hoping will be more long lasting.Worst case is I’ll buy a bunch of the very cheap Chinese-made foil cutters, and just throw them out every couple of months.Was expecting more with this because it’s a well known brand.

This was the perfect replacement part for my Rabbit wine tool. Works great!

I’ve used several of these over the years, and have broken them all. This one seems pretty indestructible, with no fully exposed cutting wheels, or plastic arms that can break. I’ve already used this several times, and it’s by far the best cutter I’ve used.

It does the job - eventually - of cutting the foil around the top of a wine bottle, but you have to squeeze it hard to get it to work. My wife found it very hard and thought it was quite difficult, certainly not as effective as some types I have used. While the design is attractive, it actually works against the purpose of the cutter, meaning you cannot get all parts of the cutter against the top of the wine bottle at the same time - so it's a messy operation at best. Frankly there are better, more effective designs for this purpose out there.
