Online instructions help as the included instructions are both sketchy and in a tiny font. The Timekettle site also provides chat support, although it's either powered by AI or staffed by people whose first language is not English. The T1 works well, is compact, and can take a sim card. The first two years of data is included so there's no need for one right now. My comments are FYI, and NOT dissatisfaction with the device. I'll be using it to assist my future life in Japan and to augment my study of the language.Ja Mata Gosaimasu

Like it, it works okay, though it's a bit complicated in some things and also has spells of inaccuracy for some unknown reason (but they all seem to do this.)Size is fine, though I'd prefer just a bit bigger personally. One thing... the language and off/on buttons are too close together. You can, and will at some point, hit the power button rather than the 'talk' button. They need to put a bit more separation between all of the buttons because you will also do this with the two language buttons... hitting the wrong one fairly often.Nice... but I think still needs some work.

Small lightweight and portable! what more could you ask for. This an amazing translator by far! My son is learning Spanish in high school, and this has been a great addition at home to aid and stay ahead of the game.So simple to use and has many language options. It can listen and translate as well as translate your own words into another language and speak it out for you to communicate and teach at the same time. I highly recommend this translator to anyone trying to learn a second language without wanting to attend a class or higher a translator.This product would also be great for employers to have to communicate with customers of other languages without having a third person to translate. Remarkable software and functionality with his device!!
