Dissolves without grit, no taste
This is the only brand that my son says isn’t gritty. This dissolves well and has no taste. He’s very sensitive to textures and doesn’t like the cheaper brands, but this one works great for him. I only wish it came in a bigger container.

Mixes easily in beverage of your choice
I find that this powder dissolves very easily in whatever I mix it into. Water, juice, even coffee, no problem. Sometimes I add it to my oatmeal. I believe that is does provide additional energy while working out. I like mountain ops other products as well. Always seems to be high quality.
