Instrument is convenient and apparently well made
I was dreading the apparent complexity of getting this started for my pond water ph measurement. However after actually starting, calibrating and measuring I am quite pleased with results. Great option to have the sensor on a cable rather than on a pen sized device so I can drop it into the pond rather than getting into the water or pulling a sample.It’s durable-although care should be taken with the glass sensor. The build protects that by shielding. Good value. Nice case also - although one clasp was missing from plastic carry case.

Zero Stars
Had the product less then 60 days. Only used it for about half that time. From the beginning it was very finicky but functioned just enough for me to deal with it. Now it’s completely broke. Unable to be reset or calibrated. I contacted Amazon to see what if anything they could do. Basically they gave me a giant middle finger. I never write reviews but I am livid with this company and with Amazon. Stay away don’t buy this, buy any other PH reader save your time and money.

Defective
The pH meter was delivered defective, but somehow passed QC testing. Very inconvenient, wish I had gone with Bluelabs or Hanna.
