Faulty hardware and machine is probably a refurbished one
I was very happy receiving the machine. However, upon inspection, I noticed that there is a warning sign on the second GPU in the device manager, the performance of the task manager suggests that it cannot load the second GPU properly. Full factory reset did not work. It seems to be a hardware problem after all.I hope it was a mistake from the seller. I am returning the product for now.Edit: PCOnline issued a full refund after they received the returned machine. I ordered another one and the new one works perfect! So the last one I had was probably just an accident. It is a good value for a X1 extreme Gen 5 for sure. Unfortunately when I ordered again, the discount was no longer available :( So I am keeping it 4 stars for now
