I dont know, works well?

So the tube showed up dried out which may be the main issue here. The brush is VERY small/thin- and when I attempted to use a fuller brush it was obvious the mascara itself was dried/clumpy. Disappointed, as I use a lot NXY products, including other mascaras- but I'd just avoid this one. Especially if you're hoping for a full look.

Love it. Makes my eyelashes look good. Hard to get off.

It was sealed so I expected it to be good, but the tool looked caked and NOTHING came out on my lash. My lashes look normal. What in the world?! It’s. BONE DRY

Really good stuff. I use this as a first coat and then top it with a regular mascara. IF you don't like fibery mascara, this isn't for you.

Received mascara today, very upsetting, mascara is completely dried up.

This was hard to get enough coats on to look good and I finally gave up because of time and had to leave with shorter-looking, less-full lashes than I like. Then I look in the mirror at work 2 hours later AB’s it’s all under my eyes, like a black dust!!!

Gave me raccoon eyes within hours of application. Hard to remove.
