GIMILI Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer Waterfall Design

This is my favorite purchase from Amazon in quite some time. I installed this faucet yesterday and it is wonderful! It is all stainless steel including the sprayer / waterfall head. It was fairly easy to install. The pull out sprayer nozzle length will depend on where you apply the weight on it. The further down on the sprayer hose you install it the further your sprayer nozzle will pull out. Therefore if your sprayer nozzle isn't coming out far you will need to reposition the hose weight. It's an installment issue, not a manufacturing issue or a error in the product description. The hardest part of the install was me getting the sink and old broken faucet out of the counter. The waterfall function on the faucet is beautiful and feels nice on the skin when washing hands. The sprayer function works well and will blast residue off of dishes easily. The head rotates easily into the pot filling position as well. I rarely take the time to write reviews as my thoughts on items tend to be the same consensus as what others have written, one way or the other. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with the GIMILI Touchless Kitchen Faucet - not only for the product but the beyond exceptional customer support that I received. We purchased the faucet in September and were very pleased with it both in style and performance. About two weeks ago, the handle got loose and would not stay on. My husband used the hex key provided with the faucet and attempted to tighten the screw in the handle multiple times but the screw just would not grab into the plastic casing designed to hold it tightly in place. At that point, I decided to reach out to their customer service ([email protected]) in hopes that they would be able to guide me through other options to try. I explained the issue and included a copy of my receipt showing that it was a fairly new purchase, explained what we had done to try and repair it, and included pictures to show the handle sliding down the casing sleeve. Within a couple hours, I received a response from a live customer service agent named Tina (shockingly, not an automated response email!) who asked me kindly to take pictures of the inside of the handle so they could see if the screw was missing or defective, which I did and sent. A few hours later, I received another response apologizing for any trouble this may have caused us and was notified by Tina that they would be sending me a replacement handle. She followed up the next day with a tracking number and ETA information. We received the replacement handle today and it worked beautifully. The issue was not with the faucet, which as I noted has worked amazingly well. I believe, as did they, the issue was with a defective screw, which they had no way of knowing about nor do I fault the product for in any way. I would order this product again in a heartbeat, but it's the exceptional customer service response, promptness and professionalism that will keep me a customer for life.

I love this product love how it worked. I had it installed when I was having my kitchen redone. I love the features. It looks elegant and high-end. Great product great price better than going to Home Depot and paying over $100 for one.

GREAT customer service. I would have given it a 5-star if I had not needed the customer service. I love the product and price point. I loved it so much that I have been recommending it to others and bought one more for myself at another location. After about a year, the sensor disappeared inside the metal tube so it was difficult turning it off/on by waving a hand in front of it. I contacted their customer support via Amazon by simply looking up the order and clicking on the button for help. I did not expect much after almost a year of use. However, within a few hours, I received emails, not from an AI engine but a real person who was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. After sending a picture and a very short 3 second movie, she arranged to have a brand new faucet shipped to me via FedEx, without charge. I assume and believe that the issue with the sensor was a one-off. I would DEFINITELY buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about this faucet, I'm a mom in my twenties and I've never done anything like this before and I installed this by myself in less than 30 minutes. The price is INSANELY low for the quality, this in my opinion feels like it should be upwards of $120+ it's that good. I had no issues installing it alone because the instructions were so easy to follow. I love the water pressure, I've experienced no leakage whatsoever, I feel like this performs better than any faucet I've used prior, it looks so cool and it stays clean which is so important. I just feel like for the price this is so nice, I own a duplex so I plan on buying a second one to put on the other side as well. It just made my whole kitchen feel so updated. I've already recommended this to everyone I know, if you're considering this over something more expensive just know that this one does not feel cheap in any way and it's definitely worth it.

We really like this faucet. Everyone is in awe of the functions it has and the no-touch activation. The waterfall function makes rinsing so easy. The stream function is cool for filling up buckets and bottles. And the hard spray function gets gunk off of dirty dishes. Thought it could be more affective. The tochless function is cool too. People enjoy using our futuristic faucet. We have had it for 3 months. It had a leak so we contacted Gimili directly. The faucet comes with a 2 year warranty. Luckily I keep manuals for any item we purchase. The manual has all the information for the warranty and contacting the company. I sent a video to Sunny with customer service. With Sunny's experience and knowledge he/she spotted the problem. The Gasket in the coupling needed to be replaced. They sent us a replacement gasket at no cost. We had a plumber installed it and it works like new again. If you have a problem contact them. It's probably a simple fix. Thank you Sunny.

Not worth the effort to install. Worked fine for a few weeks then stopped, replaced the already still new batteries and stopped working completely after a few days. Not worth 100$ or all the troubleshooting time involved. Tired of constantly having to get on my knees, clear a path thru the shelf just to bang my head against the wall to fix substandard equipment I shouldn't have to see till the batteries wore out. No valve to let the water flow using the handle by itself when it breaks, once the Infrared breaks, thats it, no water at all! Garbage.

Overall, this faucet presents a positive user experience. The nozzle functionality, including its spray features, is commendable, and the installation process was straightforward. However, there are areas for improvement. The provided hoses were insufficient in length, necessitating the purchase of extensions. Additionally, the nozzle's proximity to the faucet body results in unintentional activation interruptions during dishwashing. Despite these concerns, the faucet demonstrates solid performance.

Not metal, also in the pictures appear that came with the sink, but came jist the faucet without hose

The product is saying and showing by picture that it is a faucet, while it came to me as a cheap plastic accessory painted in stainless steel color, that is supposed to be attached to a faucet. It doesn't turn and it is awfully finished. It is a scam
