Layton Eau de Parfum – Parfum for Men – 2.5 Fl Oz

Before I committed to buying this i had a friend get me a sample vial. Wow. The first sniff was enough to make me decide to dish out the dough for this. I'm not a "frag head" so I can't break down the individual notes, but I can certainly say it has a 'powdery' scent that is extremely pleasant. For me it's too expensive to wear everyday but for the weekends or on those special occasions it slays.

PDM/ Layton has been on the upward trend for some time now but I refused to buy it for just that reason. I try to stay away from the demographic that caters to 21-28 year olds & thats who Layton targets. But I was super curious about it & once I bought & tried a 5ML decant I knew I wanted a full bottle.It's a good buy if you're wanting to just increase your collection or even if you're starting out into niche fragrances. It's a solid performer & can work almost in all occasions or seasons. I wouldn't wear it 90 degree summer time but all other times it's great.

Smells good, strong but not in your face strong. One or two spritzes lasts me all day, sometimes into the next day as well. Make sure when your order it says it comes from amazon not fulfilled by amazon. If its not coming direct from them odds are you bought some china water. Learn from my mistakes.

A powerful imagination has always been, both my blessing and my curse! I was in the market for something different. A new scent. So I did some online research and ended up in Demi Rawling's YouTube channel. She is absolutely GORGEOUS!When Demi got to her description of this particular product, her words and facial expressions instantly released my imagination from it's leash! It was as if she was right at the cusp of an intense olfactory-enduced orgasm! "If I smell this on someone, guys, I'm going to follow this scent," she said. Suddenly, I am at the mall and this truly beautiful being is following me. Straight out into the parking lot and into my car. She is at Starbucks and I am in heaven, totally lost in those hauntingly beautiful eyes.I clicked the purchase button. Yet, I remained alert and lucid enough to purchase the 2.4 oz bottle instead of the 4.2 oz. I wasnt 100% certain that I would totally like it. I've made plenty of decisions before, based on emotion rather than logic, and have matured to know better.I've learned that just as there are guys who gravitate towards trucks, some towards sports cars, SUVs, and some to mid-sized luxury vehicles (ME), the same phenomenal pattern tends to happen with fragrances.I personally gravitate torwards the cool, fresh, clean, pure-smelling colognes. Versace Eau Fraiche, Nautica Voyage, Aqua Di Geo Profumo, Creed Aventus, Aqua Di Parma, etc. Parfums De Marly wasn't this. The dry-down was way too (vanilla\wood\spice) sweet for my taste. For some reason, I picture a cowboy in a brown leather jacket wearing this.I won't be buying this Parfum again, and I wouldn't call it a safe blind buy. You might want to purchase the smaller bottle first, to test it out. To see if it's "your type" of scent.This is my heartfelt, honest review, and I hope that it helps at least ONE reader!
