Reliable and durable
Still going 2 years later after countless rewrites and mostly rough treatment. Will buy again.

Double storage upgrade!?! ๐
These perfom 10x better than sandisk. PNY can actually handle a live OS unlike sandick which burns up to near combustion. With PNY you get better value, better savings & better results. Quite impressed.

If you get 32GB for the 16GB price it's worth it
Certainly not the PNY quality of the past.. the indicator LEDs were non-functional and because it is USB 2.0 very slow transfer speeds, but like many others I received 32 GB storage despite the product of labeled as 16 GB so who can complain about that? Since I use these drives as giveaways, I purchased several more to get the 32 GB for the 16 GB price.

Solid, rugged little drive. Not 16GB tho
Bought the 6 piece set twice now. They work nice and I've had no issues taking them to and from classes. The 'sheath' is surprisingly sturdy, I don't think I could take it off if I tried. Write speed seem a liiiittle slow, but I've gotten very spoiled by USB-C transfer times so take that as you will. The low storage space means you probably won't be waiting long anyhow. And speaking of... Both times I've gotten this item I've ran it (one usb stick from each pack) through Validrive and *both times* Validrive detected a 32GB drive. The sticks all read 16 GB. I have no idea why, and I've used a couple to watch movies off of and everything I've put on has played fine so I can corroborate the 32GB read out. Not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth but also YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY. Every pack is gonna come from a different warehouse, which is going to buy the packs from a different wholesaler. On top of that, It's super easy for drives like this to lie to your computer about their available storage. If you get a drive that doesn't read what it's supposed to (ie. 32Gb instead of 16GB) I'd recommend using a software like Validrive to determine whether or not the drive is legit.

32GB for 16Gb price
These are really great. The price is good and they are actually 32GB.

Great drives! I give it a 32 out of 16
Even though the ones I ordered and received are marked as 16gb, they are actually 32gb. Work great and because they're older gen they run much, much cooler than any of the new things. When used in an environment where that matters, the heat difference more than makes up for slower speed from generational difference.

Almost impossible to open packaging
Almost impossible to open packaging. I've tried one flash drive and it seems to work fine. Lost 2 stars on packaging.

Slow, but it works
Speed is anywhere from 2 to 6 MB/s and response times are astronomical. If you're not in a hurry, this can do it. On the plus side, the few drives I've tested are 32GB and not 16GB. A bonus. For the price paid, it's ok. But I have to wonder, how they manage to find flash memory that's so slow. Even USB 2.0 can do 60MB/s theoretical, so the interface speed is not the problem.
