Super yum and gives me the kick I neee.

I like it and hope it's working positively on my gut. Taste is okay. Need to stir, especially when getting to the bottom of the cup......it gets a little gritty.

I actually drink this with my electrolytes during the day, and it’s the perfect mix for staying calm but still focused. The flavor is light. You can taste the lemon balm and rose, but it’s not too herbal. It just gives this grounded, steady feeling without making you tired. Love that it’s functional and easy to mix into my routine.

A decent alternative to NoonBrew which stopped making their functional mushroom tea. Be careful of their zip package which stops zipping properly after just a few uses. I had the powder contents spill in my lunch bag despite closing the bag thoroughly. Put the powder in another zip lock bag or better yet a small jar if you’re traveling. This is too pricey to have most of the product wasted.

Not the best taste and gave m heartburn.

This is great for winding down. I drink it at night when I feel like I need to calm down and relax. I fall asleep easy and feel refreshed in the morning. I add honey to mine but it still taste ok without it.

The Wild Berries flavor had absolutely NO berry flavor. The only thing I could taste was the monk fruit sweetener. Which is not pleasant at all. I love Four Sigmatic coffee, and had high hopes for this tea. Especially since it was easy to use. But this one is a fail. Luckily I was able to get my back from Amazon in the form of a gift card. I will stick to the coffee from now on.
