The delivery was outstanding, everything was included. Even a sharpener gor the wax pencils. I've never used a rhinestone setter, excited to learn lol

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. I was very appreciative of the customer service representative(s) that helped me with my original issue regarding the tool. Once I was able to use the applicator I had so much fun with it. It’s very simple and the gems are so cute. I was surprised with how fast they adhere to the medium you’re using, I kinda figured it’d take 30seconds to get a gem to stick but it seemed like 10seconds was plenty of time. I give this seller and product a 5/5 stars.

I am pleased with this purchase, it is a lot of fun & easy to use. The product came with all the stated components & the rhinestones were neatly packed into secure plastic sort boxes. I like the stand for the hotfix tool, it works really well to hold the hot rod off the table top. The hotfix application tool appears to be cheaply made, but it has worked for me for several hours, I don't anticipate this breaking anytime soon, I have a glue gun that appears to be just as cheaply made & it still works over 10yrs later. I would have liked to have a size chart for the rhinestones as I am new to this & it would be helpful. Overall I am happy with this purchase & I find it fun, now I have to go & decorate the world with rhinestones.UPDATE** I purchased this with the intent to make matching Hawaiian themed outfits for my husband & I to wear at our Las Vegas Renewal ceremony in December. It worked well for that purpose & I certainly put the applicator wand though the paces. I used this everyday for 2 weeks for hours on end to create the outfits. The applicator wand did not fail me. The stones on the dress shirt & dress I purchased separately, but the first trial flower in the pics used the stones this kit came with, I washed the trial shirt after application and it accidentally ended up in the dryer & it only lost about 6 stones, I was impressed.

The stones do stay adhered to fabric. Unfortunately it is difficult to know which size stone goes with which applicator tip. It's a bit of a guessing game. There are no directions for that issue nor what the hot spot tips are used for.

This kit is exactly what I was looking for to stone my daughter's dance costume. You get TONS of stones and just about everything you need to get started. The "pen" part I guess does get very hot and it came with some gloves that are frankly useless, but that's fine, just don't use them :) It comes with all the tips you could need and there was no learning curve at all. The extras like a little bag, the stand, and the stencils made this one a better value than almost all others. I had no problem with the stones staying affixed to whatever I put them on! Definitely recommend if you're entering the realm of hotfix stones!

The heating tool is very difficult to use. The rhinestones are very pretty and stick very well with my heat press. The tool hard to use though.

I loved this product! For the price it was perfect for my needs. Made multiple visors with it and not a single problem!! Tips for first time users: the white pencil needs to be sharpened then I learned you want to scribble a bit before you use it. What do you use it for ? To pick up the gems and place them where you want it. 2nd tip used the flat hotfix if you have gems of multiple sizes. Place the gem with the white pencil then just add the flathead to heat and seal it in place much quicker than changing tips.
