Unbelievable
This is the first time I've used a foam roller and I find it absolutely incredible! The high density foam roller is so lightweight but in the same time is really firm (like rock hard firm), so I can't see it loosing its shape. I use it mostly after intense workouts to release tension from legs, glutes and back muscles. It can also be used for exercising at home, which is a bonus.I purchased the 24"H x 6"D because my husband wants to use it too and he's much much bigger than me. Recommend!
