Amazing OTG! Fully Sealed, Brand New, Works Perfectly 🔥
This Morphy Richards 52L OTG is absolutely worth it. I received a completely sealed, brand-new unit in perfect condition. The build quality, looks, and performance are superb. I tested all the functions — heating, convection fan, rotisserie, lights — everything works smoothly. Great for baking, roasting, and especially Christmas cakes. The size is perfect and the oven looks premium in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase and the value for money. Highly recommended!

Bad Quality of product and worst service
PTG quality is bad. Front Door side clip was broken within 90 days and Im running pillar to post to get it replaced from bajaj electrical consumer care(yes , they are authorised service center for richard murphy) . So dont buy this OTG if you want peace of mind.

Be careful Dents might be there
It seems like a good oven its stylish but there are dents on it, yes I accepted that becoz those dents were on bottom and also it was less compared to what i have seen other customers got while i was looking for reviews

Disappointing purchase
The item turned out to be defective, and since it was purchased online, it cannot be replaced. The replacement window is extremely short, and if you’re unable to identify the issue within that period, you lose the option for a replacement. Instead, they only offer to repair or replace parts, which is very disappointing. It makes you wonder—what is the point of a two-year warranty then?
