NO -- not directly. For a 15vDC supply you would need a 750 ohm resistor soldered to each LED (+ or - side doesn't matter in this case). For a 15vAC supply this may not be a best solution -- LEDs prefer DC -- it would be best to use DC. The combined power of these 5 LEDs is 5 x 15mA (75mA) 1 amp is 1000mA and you have 1500mA available, so 75mA is 1/20 the available power! You could use 100 of these LEDs on a 1.5A supply -- but use DC if possible AND polarity matters! The red lead should end up at the + plus side of the power supply.
