I typically wear Lululemon Align styles in Size 6 and I order these in Small - they fit perfectly.I have two pairs of these and I love them. Extremely comfy for both lounging and for yoga practice, as I've worn them for high-intensity hot yoga, as well as yin/restorative classes with no complaints. They don't roll up/down, and they're not see-thru whatsoever. The best part for me is that they do not have that irritating elastic band at the waist like some other brands/styles I've had in the past, so thankfully they don't cut or dig into my waist/stomach whatsoever. They also wash well, no fading, no twisting or pulling on seams. I do prefer to air-dry though, so I'm not sure how they fare being put in the dryer.

I bought this short for biking. It has been decided that I will wear it around the house, walk the dogs but no heavy or very active workout. I say that to note that I prefer and need a little compression for workouts, it helps a lot.I would buy another pair in large size. Overall it is breathable, soft, and 4 way stretchable.
