I have owned several of these, and this is my favorite one so far. I need a magnified view of all my disgusting nose pores so I can shame myself, and also to clean them. I also like to see a magnified view of the bald patch on my head. I don’t know why. It just depresses me, but with this mirror you sure can’t see it well!

I’m replacing a mirror I had for many years that Got left behind in my old house. The first mirror I ordered did not have good enough magnification (5x) so I returned it. This one has 10x magnification which is great. The mirror is large, and extends about 18 inches from the wall max (wall to center of the mirror). I’m not sure how well the plastic reducers/sliders/inserts will last over time, but they actually included a couple extras, which is nice. The one’s on my last mirror gave way after a couple years, and then the mirror just lowers to the lowest point possible when you extend it (there’s nothing to stop it), so this time I took that into consideration when deciding on the mounting height. I recommend mounting into studs rather using drywall toggles... the mirror is not overly light and there’s pretty good torque when pulling it away from the wall and rotating it.

I added a wooden base between the mounting plate and the wall to prevent the thin metal plate from digging into the drywall. I then added longer screws.I added Loctite blue to ALL screw threads holding the mirror. The twisting action of the mirror will unscrew those threads. Loctite blue prevents that while still allowing disassembly if needed.With those mods, it is excellent, sturdy, easy to use. Wish it was available in nickel instead of chrome.

Mirror too heavy for arm. First two weeks it was fine…..after that it started to bend and couldn’t keep mirror up. It goes to the side.I wanted to return but by the time I got around to it it was a day over 30 days! Ugh what a waste of money!

I purchased 2 for my bathrooms. The first one broke within 6 months...the second one broke after 1 year. This mirror is weak not sturdy at all...the arm sags both horizontally and vertically.

Its okay. Very wobbly when put together and because of the design if you turn the mirror the wrong way to look at the other mirror it can come unscrewed.

This mirror was a breeze to Install. The magnification is perfect for grandma to see her eyes and teeth for flossing and putting in eye drops. Folds away easily. Stays very stable:

The mirror is what we were looking for. We found when looking at the 10X magnification side shows face upside down. It is totally unusable.
