Skyflame 10-Pound Fire Glass for Fireplace Fire Pit and Landscaping, Onyx Black Reflective, 1/4-Inch

It’s great fire glass, shiny and glittery. It’s clean glass and not covered in dust. I did not need to wash it. It was very easy to open the bag and pour it in my smaller firepit. I will buy some more because 10 lbs. didn’t quite cover the area. Beautiful glass. I’m happy.

Best thing I ever did was take out the old brown rocks that came with my fire pit and replace them with the blue rocks. My fire pit is so much more beautiful now

These are very pretty and I love the color! I wasn't sure how much to purchase, so I only got one bag to start. I just purchased another bag last night to fill in the spot that need additional glass.

A very..light..ten pounds. Product is nice though. Will order more since the bag definitely wasn't ten pounds but I want the color to match so oh well

Beautiful glass! Looks so high end and it glistens in our fire pit while reflecting the light. Our guests are always dazzled by its beauty and the luxurious ambiance it provides.

Okay, first off, I'll admit that I bought WAY too much of this stuff. I should have just bought one bag instead of two. 15 pounds will fill a mixing bowl to the top with glass....I'm not sure what I was expecting. I don't know how much a volume of glass weighs. Now I have an entire unused bag of glass :/ Anyway, I bought this glass for the sparkles--since my firepit only game with those round glass beads-- without realizing that the "sparkle" secret was basically just a coating of mirror finish that is adhered to the glass before being crumbled into the right shard size. So, when I first dumped it in the pouch of glass, I thought, oh God, there are giant mirrors reflecting back up at me!! this is super dorky looking. Why did I buy this?? But then, my husband helped me pick out the giant pieces of unbroken glass, and we flipped a few of the larger pieces so that the mirror finish was glass-side down, I was apprehensive about all of the remaining pieces with mirror finish that were shiny sideup, but after I actually /lit/ the fireplace, the mirror finish made all the difference! The light sparkled and reflected off of the mirrored pieces and it looked really pretty!! So, my first negative impression about the glass was totally unwarranted, and I'm really happy with our purchase. STILL, I would definitely totally pick out the "bigger" unbroken pieces that don't look quite right when you get the bag.

Our standing fire pit has a small basin so I opted for the 1/4” size pieces and I am glad I did. I would only upsize to the larger pieces for a much wider basin, and in that situation would probably start with lava rocks as filler and then put this on top. The glass pieces are in a beautiful copper shade. They sparkle but in a way that is tasteful. I am glad I opted for the 15lb bag - it sounded like a lot but in the end I could definitely use more. Wish they had a 20lb option. Will probably buy a 10lb bag to top it off then may take another reviewer’s suggestion and use any leftover pieces in a floral arrangement.

I will use this fireglass for large resin geodes.The pieces are alot larger than hoped for.
