Selected this bottle opener based on photos and video, received it, and there was no manufacturer associated with it, which was the first clue this was not a particularly good product, inserted the batteries, and it just wouldn’t work tried everything including replacing batteries. Instructions were not very clear And there was nothing in the instructions to help Solve the problem. I think the concept is good, but I’m gonna get one next time from a known manufacture..

only saw it get stuck on a jar once. i repositioned it and it worked

I used to tap the rim of stubborn jars on my kitchen floor to open them, but with the advent of arthritis that no longer worked for me. This jar opener is amazing! Its ingenious design clutches jars of various shapes, and it works on all but the largest jar lids. I've even used it on a syrup jar that I had previously opened but the lid was firmly stuck with dried honey! Storage is an issue, but that's a problem I'll happily deal with given the One Touch Jar Opener functionality.
