One of the best purchases I have made
Buy one of these - they are cheap and super comfy to use. I can do all kinds of hammer and arm work with this and it's amazing for working forearms. If there was a 6th star, I would be giving it.

Fine for bespoke exercises
It's got a really thick chunky strap, with thick stitching in the middle, and a metal ring at the end. U can see what it's meant to be used for from the images.It can also be used for more bespoke exercises like hammer curls, or hamstring curls. Because the strap is so thick, it's quite difficult to push through 1 in plates, but it would fit easily in an Olympic plate holes.Metal ring is long enough and wide enough so that it doesn't slip through, and it can also be used to attach carabiners.
