Barbie Ken Fashion Bomber Jacket

The outfit was bought for my daughter who inherited an original ken doll from the early 90's from her Aunt. Needed clothes and everywhere we went, the "ken" clothing was too small. Clearly Mattel has remade the dolls now with a completely different physique. The original doll has very muscular body and wide hips. The Shorts barely fit over the hips. Required a little wiggling but once over the hips, the shorts fit perfectly and completely Velcro closed. The Jacket was very easy to put on and is slightly on the smaller side but i think this is the style. Its more of a shirt, not a baggy coat. The shoes are the correct size. I am not sure what the bad reviews are for when its clearly explained that this outfit should fit the original doll, not the remakes or the new k-pop variation. I am very confused that some reviewers said the pants where too baggy but the shirt was too small..was this a knock off doll? Very happy with purchase...Since we have several original dolls both Barbie and Ken, I hope the company can offer more selections soon.

I love this outfit. It looks great on the original Ken and is on-trend for today's fashion. My only problem with it and the reason for four stars, is it didn't come with a shirt. It's just the shorts, jacket and boots...so if you don't have some sort of Ken shirt to pair with it, he's going to be running around with no shirt on under his jacket, haha. I paired it with a tank top I already had.So, cute outfit for sure, but it needed some sort of shirt to get the five stars from me.

I'm an adult Barbie collector, and I have to say this season's new clothing releases have really improved in quality over last year's. I was very pleased that this item has finished seams and edges instead of just serged like a lot of last year's items. I hope this means the overall quality of Barbie items is going up again. Also I like that the new fashions look more like the clothing people are actually wearing. The original Barbie line had incredibly detailed, realistic clothing, and I'd love to see the brand return to that.

I liked not only the item, but the Barbie doll packaging it arrived in, was in excellent condition. This is always important to me when it is a gift which is the case with this item.

I love the bomber jacket but it only fits Barbie, not Ken. The shorts & boots fit Ken but not Barbie. So it is a great item but misleading. I use the jacket for Barbie but would like a larger one that actually fits Ken.

All the clothes that i bought for BTS are a little loose fit pants except banding pants...BTS dolls' body is slender than others, has bigger feet, so shoes are tight....but this jumper is really cute~!!!

Bomber jacket shown over plain white tee (not included in set) has 3/4 sleeves and is an awesome olive green, I thought it was black. At first I wasn't sure about the sleeves but the outfit once on looks pretty stylish I reckon.

Now ken can change it up a bit

Ken Doll, by Mattel has always played second fiddle to his girlfriend Barbie in terms of availability and fashion trendsetting opportunities, but someone at Mattel has created a slew of incredible Ken doll fashion packs that Amazon has marketed for reasonable prices.This particular fashion pack combines work boots, faded jean shorts, and a hipster jacket. The coat is emblazoned with a cactus, and the number 61 (which represents the year Ken was introduced by Mattel to the Barbie line). This fashion pack is quite amazing, I only wish the shorts had been dark denim, and maybe a white tank top had been added so Ken wasn't nude under the coat. The jacket also fits perfectly with the curvy Barbie dolls, which is where mine ended up.I love the coat. We need more Ken doll fashion packs!! Amazon, thank you for stocking this one!!

The jacket is a great item for Ken. It fits well and will match most of his outfits. But Ken needs some kind of shirt or tank top to wear under the jacket. The cool jacket does not work with the cheap shorts. Would have been better if it came with pants. The shoes are good but I wish the colour was more realistic than this pale beige.
