This electrolyte powder mix comes in a separate sachets which are very convenient. I tend to drink electrolytes usually on hot or very active days to keep myself hydrated. I use the gym a few times a week on most occasions I'll have a sauna straight after and I usually had clear whey in a shaker or just straight water while in there - I now use these sachets and they are very effective, I even mix with my clear whey sometimes.They do hydrate you well, I seem to be able to last 20% longer in the sauna vs just plain water and I've tested them after a boozy night out and they help to cure a hangover pretty well too!Happy to recommend

Found these bit too sweet and not really that great a flavour

Great for those who are always on the move and need to retain as much water as possible! I don't mind the taste at all, through my sister was not a fan. They dissolve well in water and although they're very useful, I can't quite justify the price. However, if you're very adventurous and sporty, these will be a great convenience to carry with you!

A brilliant set of hydration powders very easy to prepare this is now my favourite brand I had not tried this brand before but so pleased I did they are very easy to use and have a very pleasant taste, I’m never without them now take them on every run to hydrate afterwards I’ve introduced them to other members of the running club who agree with me they are fast acting and a must for any endurance athletes give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

This drink has very good amounts of the various electrolytes you may need if you exercise, have been ill or just want to ensure you are keeping hydrated during summer. Compared to the fizzy tablets, I found these to be much closer to doses recommended to me through online calculators.The powder comes in sachets and these sachets are very easy to store and to rip open when you want one. They then mix very easily with water - simply using a fork or spoon, but for best results I found a shaker bottle got everything fully dissolved.Personally, I've found these to be the best tasting of the various rehydration supplements I've tried. I picked up the passion fruit flavour and I'll certainly be getting more of them! :)
