The case itself is very robust and provides excellent protection. I picked this one as it fits my Sony RX100 compact camera perfectly, and has room for a spare SD card or even a battery and I needed a belt loop for carrying.However it was badly let down by the same belt loop which is made of poor quality soft plastic material, which was stitched so tightly to the case, that you can hardly get a belt through it. It looked flimsy so I was not surprised when, the very first time I used it, the belt loop ripped straight off, just getting into the car, though the force applied to it was minimal.However, the case is so good that I decided to keep it, and replaced the lousy belt loop with one of my own, using some robust webbing which I stitched on with strong thread, and secured in place to prevent fraying with glue, (shoe goo actually). What I have now is very strong, and I am sure will last years, though I'd rather it had had a better quality belt loop in the first place. This case fit my Sony camera perfectly!! The only thing I wished is that there was some place to attach the bag to the camera so I won't lose it when I use the camera. But other than that I love it!!

A nice compact case that fits my Sony DSC-RX100 perfectly. My camera is protected and the case takes up as little room as possible in my purse.
