My kids take this nightly before bed. It seems to help them wind down and sleep through the night. Tastes great. It is a monthly subscription of ours and I have noticed the taste varies bottle by bottle. They all are the same label but as odd as it sounds, most times it’s very sweet/ fruity like candy but other times I pick up hints of coffee or bbq. I take this product when my legs are restless or to help me sleep. Works great.

The liquid is darker than usual, and unfortunately, my son now complains that it tastes bad. This is disappointing, especially since he liked it before and it helped him relax and sleep well. Given that he has been struggling with sleep lately, it's concerning that this batch doesn’t seem to work as effectively. I hope this is just a one-time issue and not a change in product quality. I’ll be reaching out to customer service to see if they’ve received feedback on this. For now, I may need to explore other options for his magnesium needs. I’d love to know if others have experienced similar issues!

I really like these drops. I' wanted a liquid form instead of taking pills or chewies. The flavor is good even my kids like it. I take it straight from the dropper. I really like the blend of vitamins/minerals this has such as the Omega 3

It works great! It has reduced my leg cramps greatly and I'm sleeping much better! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the taste. It's a very sweet strawberry syrup. It doesn't taste bad... it's just a little too sweet for my liking but I will continue using it because it works!!

It is my opinion that the taste makes it simple for me to include it into my daily routine, regardless of whether I take it alone or combine it with a glass of water. A significant advantage, in my opinion, is that it is not too sweet. I saw a big decrease in the frequency and severity of my leg cramps within a few days, particularly throughout the night. This was notably noticeable during the night. Since I started using this medication, I have been able to get a better night's sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed. In the past, muscle cramps have caused me to wake up many times throughout the night.
