If you are new to the concept of codependency, this will dispel some of your fears around the subject - and if you are already a CoDA member, then it is essential reading. Goes through the CoDA 12-Steps and Traditions in a very reflective style. There's also a big section on other people's experiences and recovery stories. It is a gracious work - almost unimaginable that people would take the time to write something so empathic and so practical, just for other people to benefit from. It is a work of love, but very grounded and down-to-earth. Hits home as well!

This excellent book is a clear and reassuring resource for anyone battling with co dependent behaviour, or who knows someone who is suffering.Using the 12 Step programme, this is the 'big blue book' for CODA meetings, and the recognised source book for the programme.Recommended for anyone who needs help in this area.

I like this book because it is a good investment and all round resource for Co-dependents. The content is clearly laid out, useful and is easy to follow.

Excellent book for understanding co dependents issues. Easy to read and very understandable. Was a lot much cheaper than in store.

Excellent book. Will be a lifelong companion. It has the information need for anyone with codependent issues to turn their lives around and to start experiencing a life with serinty and joy.

This is a must book for all CoDA attendees and for those who want to know more about Codependency. Well laid out, arrived when stated, reasonable price....wouldn't be without it!
