Ideal for roaming data in the EU- but read the review for details.
By far the best way to get coverage abroad, compared to the various rent-a-sim services.I have a nice 4G router and a high-gain antenna on a tripod, and I'm sitting in my tent connected at 8.5Mb/s.A couple of notes of caution, however:1) you must activate these SIMs in the UK before going abroad: once you're not connected to the three network, it's too late.2) Once you've used up the 12GB, you *can* connect to three and "top up", but it suddenly gets way more expensive. Instead, if you think you'll use more than 12 GB.buy two. Once one is used up, throw it away and insert the second one.3) The 24GB looks better value, but I've read in various places that it's capped to 12GB when roaming - don't be tempted.4) Don't bother to register the SIM, it confers no advantage and three might even take exception to you using one after another.Also: these are randomly available, or not, on Prime. There's some sort of rationing going on.Buy well in advance. The year doesn't start counting down until activated.

Lots of data for not too much money. My one star drop is because I was unable to top up easily on the Three website, whether this was me, the SIM, the website, my bank or something else I don't know, but it was the only thing that bothered me. Ended up buying another one instead which is better value anyway than topping up.

Dont waste your money.
Bought this sim card just to have in my mavic pro drone, so i wasn't having to change sims often. Hardly used maybe once in a week and only to log in to my account then off again. Bought in September and no data in early December, no way have i used up 12gb of data. I have 4gb of data allowance on my phone per month and cant even use that up. complete waste of money buying this product and feel I have been completely ripped off, Buyer beware.
