This was a perfect fit for my central vac power head. So much easier and cheaper than taking it in for ‘service’. Keep these on hand. They naturally wear out from use.

Nothing special, just a belt for a vacuum head on an outdated whole home system. Belt fits & worked perfectly. Left the homeowner happy

Buy from Vacuum Fix. These are after-market belts and not everyone is selling the same item. The belts marked "S3M-312" from Vacuum Fix fit well and seem to have a better grade of reinforcing cord. The ones marked "32-3312-07" are looser, are variable in length and some are too long so that they slip, especially after about 5 minutes of use and the brushes stop turning. I have bought 4 belts from Vacuum Fix and they all work great. I have bought 2 belts from each of 2 other vendors and they were the "32-3312-07". Two were loose but worked and two were too long and slipped after 5 minutes of use. I am thinking that the ones that are loose but working now won't have a very long life.When you put in the new belt, it's a good idea to disassemble the bearings, clean out the accumulated dirt & hairs, and re-oil with 3-in-1 oil or something similar (or even a drop of motor oil). If the center bearing that the belt runs across is not turning, it can cause the belt to overheat and wear out prematurely. (My TurboCat is about 25 years old and there is no model number marked on it, just "TurboCat Plus".)
