This is great for residential use and for touch up projects. Obviously, if you’re finishing an entire house, go with DAP for the cost. For small projects, however, you will save more with this because you can constantly seal it up and then continue using it when you’re ready.This is great because you don’t need to open a new one every time a project comes to mind; you can just clean out the tip (this is the only part that dries up), and continue using the product. It’s great!

I had a leaking water tank. I was able to use this Flex to stop the leak. I've never had a product before that worked on an already wet surface. It took a couple of layers , but so far it has stopped the leak for 2 weeks so far. And I like the fact that the product does not dry up in the tube, and the tube does not require the old clunky gun. Yes, I like this product

Works well but I didn’t realize it was clear and not white. Strong smell but it fades over time. Good amount of product for many uses.

Easy to use and no calking gun required. I re-calked my RV shower and had about 1/2 a tube left - which I saved. I like the ease of use, the ability to adjust the flow size and ease of cleaning up. It soft set quickly and it fully cured within about 24-hours. Results look nice and waterproof.Very handy stuff for home or RV.Great value and will buy again as needed.

Flex Seal allowed me to fix the galvanized tubs that we use for drinks. It sealed any of the openings that have happened throughout our use. Now I can continue to use them without any leaking.The directions on the canister are super easy to use. The product dried to the touch in like 20 minutes and then was dry for use within 24 hours.I didn't notice a smell while using it. Also know that the caulk is white, so you may have to paint over it.

I have no experience with this kind of stuff and yet the first time i have used this was super easy and flexible.Dries fast and is durable.However it is extremely sticky and the smell is off putting.

Where has this been all or my life! Worth every single penny. Flex seal is a product I have used and trusted for years, so I was SO happy that it came in an easy to use tube. It was so seamless to use, and the leak I needed to seal under my sink was done in less than 15 mins. I saved myself $150 in a plumber (which I had already called out 3x in the last few years and all of them never remedies the issue by using cheap caulking that doesn't last.)

Does the job , easy application, goes on almost clear rubber like , good for quick mess less fixes
