Great book about herbs. Unlike newer books, pictures are in color

We knew it was valuable reference material. But we soaked it and bought a replacement.

I love going natural for anything I do or use that's why reading Herb books helps me understand plants and shrubs ,and herbs.

My daughter & I love this book. It has given us much information about the planting and caring for the Herbs we now have in our garden. We were able to pick the best spot and we are already reaping the rewards. We've found many different uses for the Herbs, which ones sooth the tummy and lower blood pressure.

Concise. Well written. Varied - has information about different herbs and also recipies for them and other info. This is a nice and tidy little book to pick up and glean from.

This book was ordered as a gift--no particulars available, but it was appreciated!

Lots of great info and pictures and I like the folk lore stories.
