Very disappointed
This clarins tonic hydrating oil balm is disappointed. My skin is extremely dry due to skin condition and I have to use topic steroids. Whilst this oil feels nice it is not enough to moisture my skin. The texture of my skin remains dry. I have to apply a lot of this stuff but not very effective. Got a few tubes of this oil but I think I will have to look at another brand
