Price point and reliability
Good value for a mmwave sensor. Not as feature rich as higher end sensors but it has sensitivity and detection time out. Paired with a pIR sensor its works well for lighting automation. The magnetic base allows you to put it on the ceiling wall or counter top.

It's fine. Works with Home Assistant.
I would give this device a solid "Good Enough". It's getting the job done and I'm overall satisfied. I'm using this with Home Assistant and Zigbee2Mqtt. No issues there. All the functionality is fully supported. Response time is quick. One important thing to note is that unlike some other mmwave devices, this one will not tell you distance or size or number of objects. It's really just a binary presence sensor. It's pretty good at that, but if you need fall detection you will not get it here. You can adjust the sensitivity, but it's just 3 different levels (low, medium, high). I have a few complaints, but none of them deal breakers. At first I thought the magnetic mount was a great idea. In theory it allows you to point it in any direction and it seems to hold pretty strong. But once you plug in the power cable it pulls the device in different directions and limits the full range of motion. I ended up squeezing the device into a little gap on a shelf so it would stay pointed the direction I want. I had trouble with some of the locations I tried. One thing I really wanted to try was putting it under my desk pointed toward my chair so I could avoid any detection from the rest of the room. I was getting a ton of false positives though. I'm not sure if it was electrical interference or what. Moving it away from the desk has made it much more reliable.

No útil con smartthing
El producto va bien pero no sé integra del todo con smartthing. Mi experiencia fue mala pero es por no ser nativo del sistema smartthing

It’s just an unreliable motion sensor.
Using with Home Assistant. All other zigbee devices (22 different ones) have zero issues with connection. This sensor constantly disconnects and I have to unplug and plug back in. Also it’s not a human presence detector when my cat and dog and robot vacuum also set it off… on the lowest setting. Not impressed or happy with this sensor.

RECOMMENDED - Much better than IR type sensors, but....
This is a great little presence sensor at a reasonable price. HA had no problem recognizing it and providing the correct configuration. My only complaint is the power cord. The USB-C connector awkwardly protrudes from the side, making it difficult to position. The connector easily doubles the space required to place this sensor and makes it very conspicuous.

Easy Plug and play presence sensor for Home Assistant using zigbee.
This is a very basic radar presence detector. It was immediately discovered and configured by Home Assistant. I have been using it for my office lights and it is very responsive. It features 3 levels of detection that you can set with the button. It is about 1.25 inches in diameter and uses a magnet in the base to allow you to position it easily. I plugged it in with a old phone charger to keep it powered. There are more options that allow more programming capabilities but this is easy and a good way to test presence detection easily.

Excellent Integration with Home Assistant, Minor Interference Issues
I set this up with Home Assistant and zigbee2mqtt to control two Zigbee-based outlet switches for my office lamps. It works exceptionally well. You can even set a threshold in the device to determine how long it remains active between detections, which is a useful feature. The integration with zigbee2mqtt is seamless and exactly as expected—this is actually a significant advantage that may not be immediately obvious. It also works flawlessly with Home Assistant Automations. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it occasionally experiences interference from my 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. This is likely partially my fault, as my high-powered Ubiquiti AP is located just 3 feet above the device. I suspect it uses the 6 GHz band for its radar functions, which might be close enough in frequency to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi signals to cause interference. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed product that meets my needs, with only minor drawbacks that are likely due to environmental factors.
