Q: The size chart says the size small bust runs 16 inches. Is that from underarm to underarm? Or is that the width of one side or the circumference?

I’m not sure exactly on the inches for I didn’t measure my self but shirts do run smaller because they are fitted style. I wear a 2x usually and a 3x was right on me.

Q: I ordered 2 shirts and only one arrived. Will I be credited for the second one? I ordered another shirt already
