Fantabulous
12 Days of Forever is Yvie and Xander's story. It starts with Yvie travelling to Beaumont, with Xander alternating the chapters. Yvie is homesick, she misses her family, she misses her 'brothers' Liam and Jimmy, and she also wants to get to know Katelyn and the twins better. After scathing comments from Oliver, Yvie decides to get out of New York and visit Harrison for Christmas12 Days of Forever was a quick read, and like the previous books follows the pattern of alternating chapters.Yvie's chapters give us a look into Yvie and also her childhood with Harrison, what they went through and how they tried to make ends meet. How Harrison was supportive of everything Yvie wanted to do. It also allows Yvie to reflect on her life, and Harrison's life now, and how different it is. We get to see more of the mysterious Yvie we have only ever glimpsed before now, and see the dynamic relationships she has with Liam and Jimmy, who are for all intents and purposes, her brothers.....her very over protective brothers (Harrison and Liam) and the brother how likes to make a joke out of things but also threaten bodily harm (Jimmy)Xander is also a new face on the scene, and although we do get to delve into his mind, he still remains a mystery, his past, his family, all of that is still kept hidden from us, but we do get to see a lot of different sides to him.....I also won't be looking at a gym in the same way anymore.12 Days of Forever is a great addition to The Beaumont Series, and while I have already read this in an anthology, I am super happy that Heidi has added more chapters to the story, which makes having a second copy worth while.I'm going to leave you with this little quote from the book, I think it says a lot about the story itself, but also about Yvie and her future. You can't live your life by someone else's dreams. They have to be your own and just because it was a dream at one point, doesn't mean it's your dream now. The beautiful thing about dreams is that they're ever changing.

good book but poor ending
I really enjoyed this book and the storyline however, I was really disappointed about the ending. I felt that the ending wasn't that good as you didn't no whether they ended up in a relationship or not and from the story line I expected a happy ending to it but the book left you not knowing what actually happened between them.

Another amazing read by heidi mclaughlin. Any time she puts pen to paper it seems to turn out just right and more! I love the chemistry between yvie and xander and hope this turns into more as they make a dynamite couple. Well done on another great book!

A steamy novella
This is such a cute novella. I loved seeing them both together both healing each other in some way.I haven't read the other books in the series but this definitely makes me want to because all the characters have such intriguing back stories. To say this is a novella, the steam is on point and they definitely have some amazing scenes multiple times. Highly recommend.

Great story.
This was a sweet story, two people connected by others, coming together, they have an instant connection where they both try to fight it.Yvie is Harrison's sister, and Xander is the band's personal trainer. It's been lovely catching up with the Beaumont gang, seeing how they have been getting on.Yvie and Xander were great together, I'm hoping things work out for them and that they get their HEA. I feel the end part of their story is missing. As with all Heidi McLaughlin other work, she pulls you in, and takes you on a ride, filled with love and happiness with a myriad of emotions, including anxiousness, fun and joy.
