I'm not sure why this comes up as a frequently returned item, other than maybe the size.I installed these in my two smaller bedrooms (around 11x11ish) and they are perfect. They move the air better than the larger fans that I replaced, have more settings, are low noise, and were super easy to assemble and install. In my mind, less blade means less area to collect dust!

I love this fan and it has great features. Whisper quiet motor, move a lot of air for how small it is, easy to assemble. The only thing I didn’t like was that the remote doesn’t allow you to dim the light which is very bright. Other than that it’s perfect for my small office space

Low cost but works perfect. the size is small and designed for a small space-so be prepared for the size. The light is bright and the fan puts out plenty of air From 6 speeds. Easy to install for an average dude.

I bought this to replace a ceiling light for a small bedroom that needed something to move the air while sleeping. The size is just what I was looking for and the installation instructions were very good. Setup and programming the remote is easier if you have a wall switch. The fan blades are plastic and the housing is metal with the LED lights built it, so you can not replace them if they go bad.I wanted something with a remote, a fan with more than 3 speeds and a dim-able light. I should have read the description better because the light has small LED'S under the cover and you can not adjust the brightness only the color of the light. There are 3 settings for the light that you change by pushing a button on the remote, they range from around 6500K down to 3000K.The fan speed at the lowest setting is much faster than any ceiling fan I've seen, it moves a lot of air. The highest setting is like being in a wind tunnel. I'm not sure but 'Tim Allen' may have gotten his hands on this before I received it.If the light brightness was adjustable and the fan speed was a bit slower I would give this 5 stars.UPDATE:Seller saw my review and reached out to me to make things right. They listened to the things I said and are considering those changes to future units. 1st they offered a full refund, then they offered a different unit at a lower price. When I told them I would keep this unit, they offered me a partial refund for not being entirely happy. OUTSTANDING customer service, GREAT experience!!!3 stars for the original product, 5 stars for the customer service.

It's the perfect addition to our porch screen - hot weather needs the breeze this fan provides. Easy to install and maintain - I love the remote control! The light provides good overall illumination at night. I can switch between cool air in the summer and gentle circulation in the winter for even distribution of hot air and year-round comfort. Plus, the lights are LEDs, which are brighter and use less power. So glad we bought it. Very happy with this product, total value for money.

We chose this fan because of its looks: black metal, simple design. I was worried the resin blade would look fake, but it doesn't! It works great, I like the adjustable light brightness and fan speed. Flips easily too. It's quiet and works perfectly. Yes, this fan is expensive, but I expect it to operate flawlessly for many years.
