Keeps the Gut Healthy
Clean white powder that mixes with water well. Use it with Psyllium to keep an old folk regular and healthy. Kept the gut very healthy and able to avoid antibiotic side effects. The combination of the two are not ideal tasting but can be gulped down with minimal inconvenience. Keeping regular and healthy for not a lot of money and and inconvenience.

It is okay. The product labeled FOS by the same company seems to dissolve, taste and work a little better.

Best product ever! I can definitely tell if I don’t take it daily. Helps my restless leg syndrome when nothing else did, and that’s not a benefit I d heard of inulin.
