Interestingly, while the sugar content is the same across most of the different flavors, this one tastes the least sweet to me. For your reference, I drink my coffee black and I rarely drink soda. Therefore, most of the other flavors taste exceptionally sweet to me, which makes this dark chocolate my go-to nutritional supplement.

It's important that you chill these down to as close to freezing as possible. Ice cold they aren't bad.And they really do work to take the growl out of your stomach when you don't have time to stop and eat. For about an hour anyway
