It's very poor product
Item deliverd on time but it is poor product down in less than a year. Very poor service center also. Invest more on better brands with good customers. Very disappointed with purchase and with customer service

Too sensitive
The machine is too sensitive to weight distribution. If clothes are not 100% evenly distributed, the machine shakes heavily and moved position.

Disappointed
is this really Hoover? This is a Chinese!in a year i called for a maintenance twice. and it still giving me problems.
