Bought this for my husband and I to see if it would help our fatigue. It’s definitely helped as there is nothing else we have changed in our routine apart from adding this in. We take it first thing in the morning before our morning coffee, it has a slightly earthy flavour but it’s not overpowering and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a boost of energy. The tub looks small but as you are only using a tiny amount last for ages. We’ve been both taking it for a few weeks and there is still loads left.

I’m on day 6 taking Shilajit and already I feel like I should leave this. I have to be honest and say I’m not sure what’s causing my new feelings of being pumped full of testosterone, feeling really good and healthy. I’m running harder. I’m doing more push ups. I’m feeling great all over and I feel positively brimming with good strong energy. It could be a number of factors however the only thing that’s changed in my routine is the addition of taking Shilajit. Started around day 3/4. I felt great. I felt more powerful than usual. As I say, I’m not sure I can be certain it’s the Shilajit BUT…It’s the only thing I am doing different therefore I am leaving this to see if others felt the same? Try it and see. In short…so far so good! I have also felt significantly stronger first thing in the mornings if you know what I mean!

This is a flavored and runny shilajit.For beginners. Not for people who are looking for the bitter, sticky original version.

Started on a 500mg dosage and it nearly blew my head off!I'd start using small dosage and work your way up.Preferbly I used the product maybe twice a week otherwise everyday I'll be too wired!Improves cognition so if you spend hours on computers it's a no brainer.

Me and my wife we both used this.Quality of this is better than we used other before.Results is amazingWe both feel very energetic throughout all day. Sleeps very well not feeling tired anymore. Overall very good product

Alright so it’s been two days since I started using this Shilajit by Bee Optimal. I noticed an almost immediate effect which surprised me.. I feel focused and have so much “clean energy” unlike a caffeine it feels more like a nootropic!There is an added bounce in my step, my workouts have been more intensive and the recovery after my workout is definitely noticable also which is a major plus, I can workout hard and have more than enough energy for the rest of the day.My sleep also last night was strangely peaceful and smooth.Tastes like a smokey, earthy tea. Great buy and definitely won't be the last!

I had been lacking in spark and energy for an extended period and bought this product after reading up about it. One month of taking it and I really feel rejuvenated. Can't wait to see how it goes over time!!
