it definitely doesn't stretch as much as a typical bungee, but with 2 or more and the "adjust a strap holes" to attach the hooks to it is quite easy to use and adjust. Seems to be built well. ordered another set.

Excellent bungees. Regular store-bought bungees degrade in in sunlight in just a few months. These bungees do weather (fade, retain dirt/mold) but retain their strong elasticity. Great for outdoor kayaks, SUP, boats, marine, beach, deck furniture uses. The bungees are much stiffer than regular bungees and don't stretch as much. So i purchased longer bungees than needed and used the adjustable holes to get the size needed. Works great.

Bought these after reading the reviews and am glad I did, they worked as expected and I’m very pleased with them. They are not the easiest to stretch but they will secure your items which is great!

Used a shorter version of this product to strap down some tools in my storage shed and was very impressed with their construction.Bought these longer ones to hold down a tarp over my Model 580 Trac Vac and am thinking they might be a bit of overkill.Issue is these straps are more cord and little bungee - they’re flexible and pliable, but only Arnold could probably extend them to their 2X stretch limit. Just pulling on each end, I’m lucky to get a couple of inches stretch out of them.Mention this for two reasons - if you use your 36” elastic bungee cord at full extension (say 48”), you’ll probably find it harder to do with one of these Perfect Bungees. You’ll also probably find they hold whatever you’re strapping down or together with more strength and less slack than you’re used to. Again, good to know stuff when you’re trying to size up what lengths you might need.Only concern is the sizing of the hook ends, which I’d like to see slightly more robust and with a little larger diameter to them. Guessing they’re designed to basically hook onto each other, and maybe not to other surfaces.Product has great warranty listed. Would hate to be near one of these if they should ever break. Material they’re made out of feels like it would store a bunch of energy in it before it let loose.

I've been using these instead of counterweights to support long wire antennas with paracord through pulleys in palm trees. After 20 months full exposure in humid tropical weather, two small cracks appears in the central 24" Easy Stretch strap, which Bihlerflex quickly replaced with 24" Extra Strong straps.Although a thin patine of black mold covered the straps, any physical affect was apparently minimal.This an an exceptional product, with unbeatable warranty support.

We've used these bungees on our boat over many, many years and recently had to replace them because they were weathered by sun and rain. They hold tight, easy to adjust, mulitple length options. Definitenly recommend them.

This product is not your regular bungee. It’s a rubberized material that is heavy. Purchasing two or more allows for concatenation at six inch increments by using the holes and hooks and attaching together. Concatenation is necessary because the stretch is tight and would easily rip a boat or car cover from their clamps. I’ve owned for a few weeks now and am very happy with the purchase. The standard bungees wear out from rain and weather and lose elasticity. The hooks are heavy metal but coated with a plastic or enamel resin making less likely to damage the paint on a vehicle, a danger with any cover straps on a car. I would be weary if using on the top of a vehicle or truck bed without protection. They are hard enough to damage the surfaces. I wish someone would come out with rubberized coatings for these like exercise weights have, to protect car surfaces.

Hooks are strong and mon-marring. Stretch cord will take and maintain high tension. Adjustment holes are the true magic of these cords allowing almost any length to be secured. Will buy more.
