Review: Great Support Great Price! - I'm very please with the Walki Home insole, its design, shape, firmness of materials used in the heel cup, arch support, metatarsal pad geometry, firmness and pad placement. I have significant metatarsal pain and can barely stand or walk on my feet without some type of pressure relief. I have Morton's Neuroma between the third and fourth toe on both feet. My normal walking gait puts most my weight either on the heel or on my big toe with no fore foot relief or support between. This insole does an excellent job supporting my arches and gently lifting my metatarsal long bones and shifting the weight and pressure away from the Morton's Neuroma pain point. This greatly reduced the my fore foot numbness I was experiencing. The 12-12.5 Walki Home sized insole fits my tennis shoes correctly and find that they correctly and contours well to my high arch feet on the first day. The insole are full length (~30.5cm) and by placing the metatarsal bump's leading edge located at ~18.2 cm distance from the back edge of insole. I find the insoles are comfortable with its firm padding. A big insole benefit for me is the well placed metatarsal pad that are place towards the arch side of the metatarsal heads and not directly under the Morton's Neuroma pressure point. Other brand insoles I tested place the metatarsal pad closer to 19.5 cm. Proper placement of this pad reduced my pain numbness significantly. I did add a small .8mm pad to the bottom side of the insole near the metatarsal pad. This small adjustment worked great. For me a small millimeter height adjustment made my feet happy. Thanks, I have worn Walki Home Insole for two months. I plan to buy more. Review: Works For Me - After two days of use I bought a second pair. I've tried other brands-more expensive and cheaper, these are the best for my high arches. I have plantar fasciitis and while they don't cure it-they really support the ligament and significantly reduce the pain. My condition hasn't stopped me from walking or hiking but these supports really do make my foot feel better. If you have PF and high arches I'd strongly recommend giving these a try. The little padding in the center really makes my foot feel better by not letting the ligament stretch. Update-I used these insoles in my hiking boots everyday while hiking five to ten miles/day in the UK. Wow-my PF foot pain all but vanished. I'll be buying a third pair. Update-my PF is gone. Whether these were responsible for it or not I can't say for sure. However, they seemed to have played a part in it. I tried everything-lacrosse ball massage, ice massages, steroid injections, compression socks, night splints just about anything that was supposed to help. Only when I started using these inserts did it seem to improve. It took ten months to go away so maybe it was just time. I have three pairs of these now and they continue to do their job. Since I'm prone to PF I'll continue using these in my shoes. Definitely if I need to paint from a ladder which precipitated my PF. Update-I forgot that I use these until I got a new pair of walking/hiking shoes. These are an absolute must for me. I'll never wear shoes without them. This will be my fourth/fifth pair-I lost track. They do wear out over time. I got a new pair of shoes recently and started getting heel pain in the morning when getting out of bed. I didn't think about PF since it was in my heel and in the past it was in the arch. After doing some internet research I found that it is PF even in the heel. Without thinking about it I had forgotten about these inserts since I have them in all my shoes. So, I ordered another two pairs.

Firm support
Excellent support. Certainly need about 1 week daily wear to break in the insole. Better quality than most brand name style that tends to flatten out. The fit was perfect for tennis shoes. For trail runner hike shoes New Balance it was a bit tight. The fit was not so high that you can not wear the shoes correctly. Hope this last for 6 months.

Perfect
I wear a size 8.5 Women's and these fit perfectly in my tennis shoes. I have incredibly low arches and was experiencing terrible foot, ankle, knee and lower back pain. Since I can't afford a doctor I researched my pain and believe I had early signs of plantar fasciitis due to lack of support from my shoes and low arch. Everything I read recommended getting inserts that do more than just provide arch support. In my journey to find the best insole, I found these. After using these in my work shoes and when I go on walks I no longer waking up to feet that hurt to walk on. Plus the price is really good. One thing I will say is they aren't kidding about it takes 3 days to break them in. After the second day, I wanted to cry because my feet hurt so bad. I kept wearing them because I could already tell knee and lower back pain were barely there. Once I passed the third day, my feet felt wonderful and I didn't want to take my shoes off. After going many years without proper support, these insoles are a life saver. I've had mine for 4 months and ordering the replacements soon.

A lot of support -- too much for me
These insoles have a lot of support. That might be great for many people, but for me it is too much. It always feels like something is poking into the bottom of my foot. The arch support is both more pronounced and more rigid than I need. The padding is pretty good across the entire surface. The thickness of the insoles may be an issue for some shoes. With the shoes I put them in, ideally they'd now need to be a half size larger. Note that the product description mentions that these are made with cork. Don't let that fool you into thinking it's like a thin layer of cork that would be quite flexible. This is not cork as you normally see it, but rather it is laminated or mixed with some kind of binder and is MUCH stronger than regular cork -- it might as well be plastic. I was able to make these work for me by using a utility knife to shave down the underside at the arch support, which probably both made it sit a little lower, and more importantly, made it more flexible by thinning out the material there. With a little more adjustment, I think I can get them to work pretty well, but I can't really give a high rating to something that I need to modify in such a manner.

These really help with heel pain and high arch. I'll never use any other kind!
I wish I could afford to buy these by the case load. They do last a long time but I want to make sure when I need another pair I can find them. I have terrible heel pain from PF if I dont wear inserts in my shoes it starts the inflamation up quickly. These are by far the best inserts I have ever used. I am on my feet 8 hours or more a day. I do wear an expensive walking shoe but I always use an insert for my high arch and PF. Trust me I have gone to Happy Feet and Red Wing and stood on the little machine and paid 70$ for one pair of inserts. These are as good or better!

For the price, you aren't going to find anything better.
I'm very flat footed. Just walking four blocks to work in dress shoes make my feet ache. I also work at least one shift a week at a brewery for 7-8 hours where I am on my feet the entire time. I ran track in college and used to work at a running store specifically in footwear, so I am very familiar with similar products that usually come at a high price tag. After significant heel and foot pain, I needed to make a change and bought a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts hoping to get ANY relief. I didn't. Instead, I immediately had to return them - they hurt my feet and felt terrible. I turned to Amazon and went ahead with these given the reviews. For only $20, these have really done the trick. I've worn them in a variety of shoes so far - Chuck Taylors, slip on (no support) dress shoes, Timberland boots, and Nike running shoes - and these inserts have made a huge difference. If you are wearing a shoe with no support, these help quite a bit - very limited foot pain. If you wear a shoe with some support, it's incredible - no pain. For the price, I'm likely buying another pair. For day-to-day wear, I'm very impressed.

Works for me.
Let me start by saying that I have terrible feet. High arches, short big toe, thick calluses on my heels. According to my physio, the worst feet he has seen. That's my context. Secondly, I am a person who spends hours researching before purchasing. I read a lot of reviews! I've paid hundreds of dollars for podiatrist inserts in the past. That said... These inserts are great and have worked wonders for me. Previously I was getting so much ball of foot pain from walking that it left me limping. These have virtually eliminated that pain. Others have mentioned that they found them hard, under their foot, I found that too initially but persisted. Within a few minutes of each walk my feet adjust and they feel fine. Would I recommend them, yes. Would I purchase them again, yes.
