The Wagon looks fine when I opened the box but upon further inspection I found 1 wheel broken. It's Useable but definitely wouldn't pay $100 for it. So I decided to reach out to Customer service and get them to replace the wheel. Over the next 2 weeks I sent out a couple of emails and no one responded. For the longest time my emails were in a queue and eventually went through but again no response.I don't want to return the wagon because it works. But I bought this at the brand new price and it should have been $30-40 cheaper if broken or used. And this could be easily fix if customer service was a thing. Disappointed :(Besides all that the wagon is great. Easy to put together. Movability worked well on roads, sand and carpet. My kids and a ton of stuff could fit in it. It could use brakes and the button to collapse the handle is hard to reach when packed but those are minor annoyances.

We are going to the beach in two weeks and I wanted something to tote all of our beach stuff in to and from the beach and this thing is awesome! It’s so easy to fold up and it folds up smaller than you would think so it’s going to be perfect to take on the trip! It is very sturdy, the mat that goes into the bottom of the wagon has I wanna say metal plates but it’s not heavy like you would think but it’s really nice! The wheels were so easy to just pop in it and they feel like they’re going to last forever! Performance wise it works great but I haven’t tried it with all my beach stuff yet because we’re still getting things together but once I do I’ll make another review! I got this wagon for 40% off and I was so glad but it would totally be worth the money for the regular price!

After 12 days, wagon #1 had to be replaced. After nearly 30 days, the replacement needs to be replaced for the same issue. The body is study. The wheels are top notch. The canvas is well built. But the handle is poorly built. To lower the handle, there is a push in notch. Over time it loosens and the type of bolt used doesn't allow it to be tightened. You will need to glue, tape or otherwise rig it QUICKLY after purchase.

I was initially very please with this wagon, it seemed well made and very easy to use. However, on my third trip to the beach, the handle completely broke.

I was hoping this wagon would last years like my last one (different brand). Sadly, it did not. One of the back wheels would not stay locked into place. As we would use the wagon it would spin sideways and drag making the wagon very difficult to pull. Don't waste your money!

The part that attaches the adjustable handle totally broke the first day I used it. I refused to deal with retuning so I cut off the 2 remaining grommets (that now weren’t holding anything in) and went and got some nuts and bolts to reattach the handle. It works now but still poor quality.

I had a similar one before which is super light and plastic. This product is heavy! Very good quality! It has metal frame and strong wheel as well. I use it for moving and it works great! Easy to carry after folded. It really worth the price!
